The Build Cost is provided for personal, non-commercial use in planning DIY home improvement projects. Small contractors and tradespeople may use our estimates as a starting point for their own quotes, but must independently verify all figures before relying on them commercially. You agree not to scrape, use automated tools to extract data beyond ordinary personal use, or resell or redistribute calculator outputs as your own product or service.

Every estimate produced by this site is a planning aid, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed contractor, structural engineer, or your local building or planning authority. Prices come from our quarterly reviews; the date each one was last checked is on our Methodology page. Actual material quantities, costs, and permit requirements vary by project, jurisdiction, and time, and you assume full responsibility for all construction, permitting, and safety decisions made using this site's output.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your misuse of this site's estimates or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of Senegal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Senegal. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you retain any right available to you under applicable consumer protection law to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.

The date at the top of this page is when the current version took effect. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the current terms.
